The farmhouse property is located in the heart of the Florentine Chianti countryside, between Montespertoli and San Casciano, in an area with typical rural structures and flourishing vineyards and olive groves.
The renovation process included the creation of five separate apartments and a pool in order to establish a new bed and breakfast attentive to the modern methods of conserving energy.
