The farm complex to be renovated, classified in the rolls of the Region of Tuscany as “an important example of rural architecture”, is located within the boundaries of an S.I.C. (Site of Community Interest) and surrounded by small lakes used en route by many migratory species. The restoration of the complex foresees the creation of 10 residential units, portions of multi-story dwellings designed with total respect for the Tuscan building tradition, without however sacrificing modern principles of bioclimatic architecture.

The complex is immersed in a communal park which has a small private lake. A pool and “life track” equipped for practicing sports will also be added
